When will my order be processed?
- Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours after placing an order.
Do you accept refunds/exchanges?
- Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds/exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons.
What are your shipping methods?
- Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail and should be with you within 3-5 business days. SIDE NOTE: Please expect delays due to COVID-19.
I've received the wrong product, what should i do?

Are you're products tested on animals?
- Absolutely not. We are cruelty free and vegan friendly.
